nguyên ủy, đường đi, phân nhánh thần kinh vai: - Thần kinh vai có nguyên ủy từ thân đám rối thần kinh cánh tay Nó sau xương địn song song bụng vai móng đến khuyết vai để vào hố gai, sau qua khuyết ổ chảo gai vai để vào hố gai cho nhánh tận cho gai - Thần kinh vai cho hai nhánh vận động cho gai gai tất trường hợp, ngồi khơng cho nhánh vận động cho khác - Thần kinh vai cho hai nhánh cảm giác, nhánh khớp cho khớp đòn dây chằng quạ cánh tay với tỉ lệ 73.3%, nhánh khớp cho bao khớp vai sau xuất với tỉ lệ 100% Mối tương quan thần kinh vai cấu trúc lân cận: - Tại khuyết vai, không ghi nhận thấy diện dây chằng quạ vai trước, dây chằng ngang vai vơi hóa hồn tồn dây chằng ngang vai loại nhiều bó - Thần kinh vai dây chằng ngang vai khuyết vai mạch máu vai dây chằng (loại I), dây chằng (loại II), dây chằng với thần kinh (loại III) Loại I thường gặp với tỉ lệ 80%, loại II 13.3% loại III gặp 6.7% - Tại khuyết ổ chảo gai vai ghi nhận thấy ln có diện dây chằng ổ chảo gai vai Thần kinh mạch máu vai ln quạ 49.49 ± 4.46mm, cách bờ ổ chảo 31.70 ± 3.68mm Thần kinh khuyết ổ chảo gai vai cách bờ sau ổ chảo 19.85 ± 1.27mm - Khoảng cách an toàn từ khuyết vai đến bờ mỏm vai phải nhỏ 54mm khoảng cách an toàn từ khuyết vai đến đỉnh mỏm quạ phải nhỏ 45mm - Vùng an toàn phía sau cổ ổ chảo xác định, đo từ bờ ổ chảo 26mm từ bờ sau ổ chảo ngang mức gai vai 18mm KIẾN NGHỊ - Tiến hành nghiên cứu với cỡ mẫu lớn
