1.1 Purposes, scope statements and objectives

location of this project is in Vo Xu town, Duc Linh district, Binh Thuan province The cost of implementing this project 1s about 33 billion, according to Mr Tai's request that if there are

additional costs, they must not exceed 15% of the given budget Construction will start on January 1, 2025 and the maximum time allowed to complete the project if an incident occurs is until October 10, 2029

The total number of workers participating in the construction process is 60 people who are required to complete it on schedule and within the set budget Each completed stage is a separate fashion column For example, preparing the site, planning the construction, building the

foundation for the villa, preparing the interior, painting the walls, decorating So for easier

initial requirements need to be implemented sequentially - starting from the process of finding construction sites, then the construction planning process, followed by the construction phase, and finally completing the project , always ensure to meet the prescribed deadline

2.2 Work Breakout Structure (WBS)

Work Breakout Structure (WBS) is a work breakdown structure, a method of decomposing work

into smaller, hierarchical elements and visualizing all the tasks necessary to complete the project

The project manager will create a work breakdown structure (WBS) using a visual chart called the

organizational chart

The WBS is an important project planning tool because it describes all the stages that need to be done in the project The final outcome of the project, along with the tasks, is placed at the top of the WBS chart The layers below the WBS are broken down to represent each work activity that

5.2 Aroll-up project baseline
