luận án thiết kế chế tạo hệ tách nơtron gamma sử dụng kỹ thuật xử lý tín hiệu số Một nghiên cứu quan trọng luận án thiết kế, chế tạo đetectơ có tiền khuếch đại giải thuật phân biệt xung nơtron gamma từ đetectơ nhấp nháy với hệ điện tử lấy mẫu tần số cao kỹ thuật xử lý tín hiệu số Các kết đạt luận án gồm có: Đã thiết kế chế tạo thành công đetectơ đo nơtron gamma sử dụng nhấp nháy lỏng EJ-301 với đặc trưng chính: Tỉ số tín hiệu tạp âm độ tuyến tính cao, độ trơi mức DC nhỏ, thích hợp sử dụng hệ đo nơtron gamma Xung đetectơ phù hợp để ứng dụng phương pháp phân biệt dạng xung, phân loại ghi nhận đồng thời nơtron gamma đetectơ Khả phân biệt nơtron/gamma hệ đo sử dụng đetectơ tương đương số hệ đo khác giới [9,50,52] Do đó, đetectơ thích hợp cho hệ đo phổ nơtron gamma chất lượng cao Độ nhạy, hiệu suất ghi khả đo môi trường tốc độ đếm cao cho thấy đetectơ sử dụng để xây dựng hệ đo liều nơtron – gamma với dải liều rộng Đetectơ chế tạo với chi phí thấp mở khả ứng dụng rộng rãi hệ đo cảnh báo phóng xạ nơtron-gamma Đã đánh giá phát triển phương pháp phân biệt dạng xung nơtron/gamma dựa vào xung tham khảo với kết đạt được: Khả phân biệt nơtron/gamma cao so với phương pháp khác TCT, PGA, DCI CPR Đặc biệt, hiệu phân biệt phương pháp RP (FoM>7,0) vượt trội so với phương pháp khác vùng ngưỡng lượng thấp 200keVe Hiệu phân biệt phương pháp RP không phụ thuộc nhiều vào tỉ số tín hiệu tạp âm, RP áp dụng tốt hệ đo nơtron sử dụng đetectơ nhấp nháy lỏng Tỉ lệ phân loại xác nguồn gamma đạt 97,2% trường hợp chưa áp dụng giải thuật nhận dạng xung chồng chập 99% áp dụng giải thuật nhận 106 LUAN VAN CHAT LUONG download : add luanvanchat@agmail.com dạng xung chồng chập, phương pháp RP sử dụng hệ đo nơtron-gamma yêu cầu chất lượng cao Phương pháp RP dựa so sánh với xung tham khảo có giải thuật đơn giản Các giải thuật thực trực tiếp xung từ đetectơ nhấp nháy mà khơng cần hình thành lại xung, phương pháp RP có khả áp dụng cho hệ phân biệt nơtron/gamma kỹ thuật số có tốc độ đếm cao khơng u cầu cao tài nguyên phần cứng Đã xây dựng thành công hệ đo nơtron gamma kỹ thuật số sử dụng đetectơ EJ-301 mạch số hóa DRS4 với tính bật: Phần cứng hệ đo gồm đetectơ EJ301, số hóa-xử lý xung, nguồn ni máy tính kết nối với khối hệ nhỏ gọn, thích hợp để ứng dụng hệ quan trắc kiểm sốt phóng xạ, đo đánh giá đồng thời liều nơtron gamma với khả di động cao Phần mềm điều khiển đo thu nhận số liệu tích hợp bốn phương pháp phân biệt dạng xung nơtron/gamma: PGA, DCI, CPR RP có khả phân tách nhận diện nhanh xung nơtron/gamma với độ xác cao, đồng thời xây dựng phổ đo nơtron/gamma Các kết nghiên cứu luận án góp phần nghiên cứu, nội địa hóa hệ đo nơtron/gamma nói riêng đo ghi xạ nói chung với chi phí thấp chất lượng cao 107 LUAN VAN CHAT LUONG download : add luanvanchat@agmail.com NHỮNG VẤN ĐỀ CẦN NGHIÊN CỨU TIẾP THEO CỦA LUẬN ÁN Việc thiết kế xây dựng thành công hệ đo nơtron/gamma kỹ thuật số sử dụng đetectơ EJ-301 mạch số hóa DRS4 với phần mềm đo tích hợp thuật tốn phân biệt nơtron/gamma cho phép đo xác định đồng thời nơtron/gamma đetectơ mở số khả nghiên cứu tiếp theo: 1) Chuyển giải thuật phân biệt dạng xung nơtron/gamma vào FPGA để tăng tốc độ nhận dạng xung hệ 2) Nghiên cứu ứng dụng khả đo đồng thời nơtron/gamma để xây dựng hệ cảnh báo phóng xạ nơtron-gamma phục vụ cơng tác kiểm sốt an tồn phóng xạ 3) Nghiên cứu giải thuật trí tuệ nhân tạo để nâng cao khả nhận diện xung nơtron/gamma tích hợp với phần cứng FPGA để làm hệ đo, cảnh báo thông minh Bản mạch DRS4 với lợi độ phân giải thời gian cung cấp kênh vào số hóa, phát triển thành hệ đo đa như: ứng dụng phép đo nơtron thời gian bay hệ đo
