cứu triển khai ứng dụng rộng rãi quốc gia Phương án nghiên cứu dành cho nút giao thơng thống kê phân loại phương tiện chuẩn bị vào nút giao thông từ pha nút Các số liệu thực tế dự đốn tình hình khả chứa pha đích Từ ước lượng thời gian hoạt động phù hợp đèn tín hiệu theo thời gian thực nâng cao khả điều khiển đèn tín hiệu giao thông 101 3.7 Kết luận chương Giám sát lưu lượng phương tiện giao thông chức quan trọng hệ thống giao thông thông minh Việc ứng dụng công nghệ xử lý ảnh để giám sát điều khiển luồng phương tiện ưu tiên quan trọng việc tự động hoá quản lý Hệ thống giám sát điều khiển dòng phương tiện thực kịch nút giao thông, dựa vào dòng phương tiện để điều khiển thời gian hoạt động đèn tín hiệu giao thơng cho phù hợp Trong nghiên cứu [J1] luận án đề xuất phương pháp xác định đường giao thông mà phương tiện di chuyển xác định tham số ∆α (∆α∞ , ∆αm ∆αn ), β L để xác định mật độ phương tiện xuất vùng mà dòng phương tiện hướng vào Việc ước lượng tham số điều khiển thời gian hoạt động đèn tín hiệu, tránh gây xung đột giao thông Trong trường hợp số lượng chủng loại phương tiện giám sát từ đầu, luận án đề xuất hướng quản lý lưu lượng dựa mật độ bao phủ phương tiện đường nhằm mục đích ước lượng đoạn đường cần giám sát có khả chứa phương tiện Từ đề xuất thời gian hoạt động cho đèn tín hiệu giao thông nút giao thông cần giám sát KẾT LUẬN Luận án có hai kết sau: Đề xuất thuật toán cải thiện chất lượng ảnh cho camera giao thông sau nội suy dựa giải thuật Bicubic ❼ Thuật tốn thực tính toán lại ảnh sau nội suy sở ảnh biên vị trí điểm ảnh cận biên đối tượng để tăng độ tương phản phù hợp cho đối tượng Quanh đường biên đối tượng ảnh, thuật toán sử dụng ma trận × 7, × để xác định vị trí điểm ảnh cần tính tốn lại sau sử dụng giải thuật nội suy tuyến tính để đưa điểm ảnh nội suy gần với điểm ảnh gốc xung quanh thuộc đối tượng Đề xuất giải pháp giám sát lưu lượng quản lý phương tiện giao thông hỗn hợp công nghệ xử lý ảnh thu từ camera giao thông ❼ Phương pháp phân loại phương tiện dựa vào góc tới phương tiện Góc tới thực dựa hình chữ nhật sở bao quanh đối tượng giao thơng phát ❼ Mơ hình tính tốn tốc độ phương tiện giao thông dựa vào đặc trưng hình học camera giám sát đường Mơ hình thực dựa sở mơ hình hố diện tích thực tế điểm ảnh ∆p = f tan δ , sở lưới qt đường Từ tính tốn m/2 diện tích mà pixel đại diện cho vùng đường thực tính toán dịch chuyển phương tiện qua điểm ảnh tương ứng để tính tốc độ phương tiện từ cặp điểm ảnh thu ❼ Phương pháp thực giám sát điều khiển luồng phương tiện cho dịng phương tiện giao thơng hỗn hợp dựa vào camera giám sát hai trường hợp thống kê, phân loại phương tiện Trong trường hợp khơng đếm tham số đề xuất để đánh giá là: ∆α (∆α∞ , ∆αm ∆αn ), β L tương ứng với 102 103 vùng phương tiện dừng chờ đèn đỏ, phần đường giao nút giao thông vùng luồng phương tiện di chuyển vào Từ việc giám sát tham số tính tốn thời gian đèn giao thông hoạt động cho phù hợp Trong trường hợp thống kê số lượng phương tiện chủng loại phương tiện xét tới mật độ bao phủ để ước lượng khả chứa phương tiện vùng giám sát để từ điều khiển đèn tín hiệu giao thơng Luận án đề xuất hướng phát triển sau: ❼ Nghiên cứu tính toán đề xuất phương pháp nâng cao chất lượng nội suy ảnh theo hướng Super-Resoulution để cải thiện chất lượng ảnh thu từ camera giao thông ❼ Nghiên cứu tính tốn đo tốc độ phương tiện từ xa đường cao tốc, xác định thời gian bắt hình (shutter time) camera ảnh hưởng tới thời gian khung hình nhằm mục đích xác định thời gian bắt hình thời gian cịn lại khung hình ❼ Phát triển giải pháp quản lý xử lý liệu hệ thống camera nhằm
