Business information systems and processes are vital to the success of a company because they are the foundation of all other elements of the business Management information system helps the company to overcome the limitations when they access a huge number of customers worldwide in different regions
One of the successful names in the digital transformation process is Biti's, Vietnam's "national" footwear manufacturing enterprise Covering everything from production to retail, each year, Biti's produces about 20 million pairs of shoes With such a large number of orders, we encounter many difficulties in managing inventory orders, tracking orders, and assigning work to each branch leading to the updating of late product information for customers Thus, customers experience delays, late deliveries, imbalances in business processes, reduced operational efficiency, and many other difficulties
Therefore, the purpose of this report is to study the core business processes of Bitis and come up with innovative solutions by modifying the existing business processes and using information systems/software From there, we have an overview of the company's business operations and the actual situation, as well as the job duties of the employees In addition, the process model also supports the implementation of plans within a team, enhances organizational cohesion, improves sales, and provides the best buying experience to our customers
