Demonstrate that critical reasoning has been applied to a given solution

When preparing the event plan, the organizers met to unify the program for the event, the ideas that were accepted, and then choose the best plans.

To ensure a successful event, organizers must identify potential risks associated with their plans and develop effective solutions to address these risks during both the preparation and execution phases.

TIEU LUAN MOI download : skknchat@gmail.com

Research the use of different problem-solving techniques used in the design and delivery

Effective problem-solving begins at the root cause, as issues often persist when organizers are preoccupied with daily challenges Implementing systematic problem-solving methodologies enables organizations to eliminate problems at their source, fostering growth and enhancing process efficiency Prior to the program's initiation, each plan was thoroughly discussed, emphasizing the importance of researching and applying problem-solving techniques essential for the successful design and execution of events.

Problem-solving techniques that the organizers use include 4 steps:

Justify the use and application of a range of solution methodologies

To mitigate risks associated with the event, organizers employed risk assessment techniques to identify potential hazards and implement targeted actions for risk management They subsequently evaluated the significance of any remaining risks post-remediation If unresolved issues persisted, alternative strategies were devised to ensure the event proceeded smoothly and successfully.

Organizers utilize popular communication tools like Facebook, Gmail, and mobile phones to effectively share information and connect with individuals This approach facilitates prompt exchanges and allows for timely solutions to any issues or changes that may arise in their plans.

The daily tasks of the organizers, managed through Team Gantt, significantly enhance work efficiency Additionally, utilizing Trello for to-do lists proves to be an effective method for monitoring event progress and completion.

This also improves people's time management skills.

Critique the process of applying critical reasoning to a given task/activity or event

Critical reasoning is the skillful process of conceptualizing, analyzing, questioning, and evaluating ideas and beliefs, standing in stark contrast to dogma, which is accepted without scrutiny Engaging in critical reasoning involves challenging both personal and external beliefs, fostering a mindset that questions authority and promotes thoughtful discourse.

We think critical reasoning involves three important components of reasoning These components are as follows:

- Critical reasoning is thinking for yourself.

- Critical reasoning is informed reasoning.

- Critical reasoning is critical self-reflection.

There are several different types of critical reasoning and there are some key terms:

At the heart of every critical reasoning question lies the argument, which consists of a structured line of reasoning made up of premises, assumptions, and a conclusion Grasping the fundamental components of an argument is crucial for excelling in this area.

Every critical reasoning argument is built on at least one premise, which serves as a foundational piece of information These premises provide the necessary evidence to support the argument's conclusion In the context of critical reasoning, it is essential that premises are established as indisputable facts, ensuring the argument is grounded in reliable information.

The conclusion serves as the final outcome of an argument's reasoning, representing its ultimate result It is crucial to recognize that the pathway leading to a conclusion can frequently be susceptible to logical errors.

Assumptions are the implicit facts and logical links that underpin an argument For an argument's conclusion to hold true, it is essential that the assumptions supporting it are also valid.

While collaborating on the IoT series of events, I noticed that the content planned for the third day focused too heavily on technology, making it less engaging To enhance the experience, I approached the team leader for that day and proposed a shift from a traditional workshop format to more dynamic and interactive activities This change not only made the day more enjoyable but also ensured that we maintained the educational essence of the event.

DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE AND DYNAMICS OF WORKING WITHIN A TEAM AND

Discuss the importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work

To build a successful business team, it's essential to assemble a group with a strong blend of knowledge and expertise Understanding the strengths and personalities of current team members is crucial for fostering an effective dynamic If needed, consider adding new members to enhance your team's capabilities.

Team dynamics refer to the psychological forces that shape the performance and behavior of a group These dynamics arise from the personalities within the team and their interactions By comprehending a team's dynamics, you can gain insights into its potential for success.

Figure 4 - Example team dynamics (vipcoaching, n.d.)

TIEU LUAN MOI download : skknchat@gmail.com

The term means to understand the individuals that make up a team, a method of exploring behavior and the reasons for that behavior, Lewin explained.

In group dynamics, he said, we recognize the abilities of an individual and how they will interact with a group His work is considered central to good management practices.

Positive team dynamics are fostered through mutual trust, collaboration, and accountability among team members When these elements are present, teams experience greater success and a reduced likelihood of conflict.

A team with ineffective dynamics can significantly hinder workflow, leading to incorrect choices and poor decision-making, or even a complete lack of decisions Such dysfunctional interactions increase the likelihood of conflicts within the team.

- Be an effective leader: An effective manager must also be an effective team leader who gets to know employees well enough to pair them successful for project.

To enhance team performance, schedule a meeting to review and discuss the survey results collaboratively Encourage open interaction by allowing the manager to share their responses, fostering an environment where team members can ask questions and clarify any misunderstandings This approach helps prevent miscommunication and personality clashes, ultimately strengthening team dynamics.

To foster a positive team dynamic, it's essential to address issues early by understanding each team member's personality and strengths, which will inform how they interact with one another Take the time to learn about their goals and past experiences while sharing your own, creating a foundation of trust Celebrate both professional and personal achievements together, and actively encourage team interaction Additionally, it's crucial to address conflicts swiftly to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Work within a team to achieve a defined goal

2.1 Comparison between teamwork and personal work

Prepare The preparation for an event is assigned specifically to each member, which ensures each task assigned to the member is completed in a complete manner.

It is difficult to prepare a large event, many shortcomings in preparation.

- Agree on goals / - Work on tasks milestones - Work on new / revised tasks

- Establish tasks to be - Research / development completed - Networking

Table 4 - Teamwork vs Individual work

2.2 Benefit when work with team to achieve a define goal.

Analyze team dynamics, in terms of the roles group members play in a team and the

and the effectiveness in terms of achieving shared goals

Team dynamics, or group process, encompasses the interaction patterns that evolve within a group as it develops The success of a team hinges on how its members engage with one another to achieve their goals.

Team dynamics play a crucial role in influencing overall performance, as they can enhance collaboration and maximize individual contributions However, negative dynamics can lead to unproductive conflicts and demotivation, ultimately hindering the team's ability to reach its objectives.

Team workers play a crucial role in maintaining unity within a team by actively resolving conflicts and addressing issues that impact team dynamics Their supportive nature makes them well-liked among team members However, team workers often exhibit non-committal behavior during decision-making processes, prioritizing team cohesion over taking sides, which can sometimes hinder their ability to make definitive choices.

Monitor-Evaluators are the critical thinkers within a team, characterized by their serious and cautious approach They prioritize thorough analysis over hasty decision-making, ensuring that all information is carefully evaluated before drawing conclusions However, their tendency to deliberate can lead to a slower decision-making process, and they often lack the enthusiasm needed to inspire and motivate other team members.

A team leader is responsible for guiding and directing a group of individuals towards achieving specific goals An effective leader understands the strengths, weaknesses, and motivations of team members, enabling them to provide tailored support and instructions.

Team dynamics are a very important part of working life They can have a big impact on:

- The profitability of an organization.

- Whether people enjoy their work.

In organizing an event, each member of the committee plays a specific role based on their expertise and contribution, ensuring that they take full responsibility for the event's success It is crucial for all team members to collaborate effectively to guarantee a seamless and successful event.

TIEU LUAN MOI download : skknchat@gmail.com

Provide a critical evaluation of your own role and contribution to a group scenario

As the team leader, it is essential for me to understand each team member's strengths and capabilities before we begin our collaboration I prioritize being available to assist team members, even if their tasks are incomplete, while also assessing their workload and deadlines To maintain the quality and progress of our projects, I avoid taking on excessive responsibilities Effective communication is a key focus, and I strive to connect with team members in the most direct and supportive manner possible.

In preparation for the training event, our team engaged in multiple meetings, both in-person and online Initially, our efforts fell short due to a lack of clarity regarding the event's objectives However, after careful analysis, we agreed to move forward with a structured plan One of the main challenges we faced was the division of tasks, particularly with new members unfamiliar with our processes To address this, I created detailed work templates and step-by-step instructions to guide each team member in fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.

Despite facing various challenges related to budget, time, and program content during the event, the team successfully executed a well-prepared four-day series.

In groups with a foreign member, language barriers can severely hinder effective communication and information exchange To overcome these challenges, I frequently utilize illustrations and diagrams, which help convey information more clearly and accurately.

With this event, I am completely responsible for success or failure Therefore, I always put myself in the situation of always working to achieve the highest efficiency.

Tasks contributed to the team:

- Slide designer & presenter of IoT workshop

- Help Thatsadaphone Inthatpakdy to adjust the content of Teambuilding slide

- Team Gannt (Event schedule planning) main composer

- Background services for C Programing Language training and Hackathon event

- Complete the distributed tasks on time.

- Join to help other team members when the distributed tasks are all finished.

- Always having positive energy to push other them member.

The 4-day program, which includes workshops, training, team-building activities, and a hackathon, significantly enhances professional skills, particularly teamwork Effective teamwork relies on various factors and time for development, as a successful group must achieve harmony Additionally, time management skills are crucial for the success of the training event Not only do organizers improve their abilities, but all participants also gain knowledge about technology and develop a deeper understanding of their colleagues, ultimately fostering professional skills that can lead to better job opportunities in the future.

The event proceeded smoothly, even with a few unforeseen incidents Ultimately, the organizers successfully met their primary objective of imparting knowledge about the Internet of Things (IoT) and enhancing professional skills for employees.

After this event, Gree Tech employees will work and operate better, the company's productivity will be higher.
